Brian is a Certified Coach through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and Coaches Training Institute (CTI 2002). In order to be certified, Brian completed 600 hours of in person training and another 1000 hours of client coaching. He is the most senior coach with the International Coaches Federation (ICF) in Portugal.

Brian certified for Meyers-Briggs, Emotional Intelligence Leadership 360, and has worked with Stephen Covey, The Blanchard Organization, and Duke University’s Social Entrepreneurship Program.

Brian coaches successful entrepreneurs, leading artists, CEOs, and change leaders.

While this background provides a strong foundation, nothing beats experience. Brian has been there—done that. He built global companies from an idea to acquisition. He has been the CEO of 4 companies. He developed his voice as an operatic tenor and performed with Los Angeles Opera and with Placido Domingo. He is one of the very few in the world to perform at the top of the business and creative world.

His coaching practice is Co-active Executive Coaching. It involves defining 6 to 9 months goals and priorities and then being in action to achieve them. Coaching is confidential.
