A Program to Reinvent Your Life!

Announcing a powerful New Program: Finding Your V.O.I.C.E: Self-Leadership for the New World of Work. Just in time for your 2025!

Atlanta, GA January 4, 2025

Global life and executive coach Brian OliverSmith has released the long-awaited, powerful, new life planning course and book, Finding Your V.O.I.C.E: Self-Leadership for the New World of Work just in time to help you re-invent or “snowglobe” your life in 2025. This innovative new course is based on his 25 years of coaching successful entrepreneurs, celebrities, cultural creatives, and ordinary people to live a more powerful life by design. “People pay me thousands of dollars to go through the V.O.I.C.E. Program and I really wanted to make this proven program of techniques and tools available to anyone that is ready to shake things up and create a more fulfilling and amazing life”, said Brian.  “I’ve had so many people tell me this is life changing, that’s it’s time to release it to the world.”

The course, book, and program are perfect for anyone who wants more clarity and direction for the next chapter of their life. It helps people who want to finally answer the two most important questions they face. Who am I? and What do I really want for the next 5-7 years? “Many people come to me at all stages of life, especially when they want to cause a big change or create something big, like a new business or entity or hobby, or when they are, frankly, bored, and know they want more in their life. They see others around them and in life that are accomplishing so much more and they know now is their turn.”

The V.O.I.C.E. program answers these questions (and more):  What am I trying to do with my life?  Who am I?  Is this it? Is this all there is to life?  What am I meant to do here?  Did I miss my calling or opportunity at fulfillment?  What will help me be truly fulfilled?  What’s your story?  What’s the music inside you that must come out? Through the VOICE program you will:

  • Know yourself and what is of value, essential, and meaningful.
  • Answer the question: What is uniquely you?
  • Develop an exciting Vision for the next chapter of your life.
  • Find your purpose to create a fulfilling life.
  • Know what Opportunities to pursue or create?
  • Know how to be consistently Inspired and Inspiring.
  • Know how to make rapid and consequential decisions.
  • Find your motivation to wake up excitedly every morning for the years to come.
  • Have the tools to create a fulfilling life in EVERY area of life.
  • Uncover and create your meaning and purpose for your next life chapter. Guaranteed.

People who have been through the program have created amazing experiences and lives, like:

Tricia was stuck. She had over 20 years in the publishing world and could not figure out how to take her skills to a new industry, which she desperately wanted to do. After coaching and going through the voice program, Trisha realized she was far more of a leader than she was allowing herself, and developed the self-leadership skills and looked in herself to find all of the skills that others would be wanting in her career. She ended up, after six months, switching to an entirely new industry that's very lucrative, and now is in charge of a division with eight people, and has also lost 80 pounds and more than doubled her income. She jumped into salsa lessons and now dances weekly in NYC in a salsa club. She credits much of it to opening herself up, her inner values and qualities from the V.O.I.C.E.  program. The new BMW convertible was her reward to herself last year.

Tim came to me for executive coaching to work on his skill set as a CFO. Within a month, he realized he was stopping himself from opening other areas of his life, and asked to go through the V.O.I.C.E Program. Upon completing the V.O.I.C.E. Program, Tim got in touch with his love of photography, which he studied in college.

He ended up taking a sabbatical from the CFO position and moving to Costa Rica to help his father in the tourism world, where he published a number of books and pamphlets for Costa Rica.

Then he met a young woman. This woman changed his life. Tim had been alone, focusing on his career, and now fell madly in love. They now have a 14 year old, and he credits much of the shift in his life to the V.O.I.C.E.  Program and opening up all areas of his life. When things are going great with his family, he sends me an occasional note. When things are challenging with a teenager, he also sends me a note, but that's the V.O.I.C.E. Program. It will open you up and rock your world.

Marcus came to me for executive coaching. He wasn't sure what he wanted to accomplish, as he had a very successful life in his 50s, but he knew he'd been limiting himself.  He wanted to take the time to find his purpose. Within months of going through the V.O.I.C.E. Program and full coaching. Marcus decided that he was done being the number two in various companies that he'd developed with other founders.

He was a rock star, senior engineer and developer, and always chosen by a number of people to be the head of the technology of their company. But he didn't have the courage and the confidence and the leadership certainty to pursue his own company and vision. Within three months, he had an idea that he'd been gestating for two years, and decided to start his own company and become the number one in his life and his company versus the number two. He's engaged and thrilled to be pursuing this new path. As he comments, he’s more fully engaged in his life than ever before.

Zach was an incredibly talented product manager at a technology startup in Silicon Valley. However, he knew there was far more to him, as he was highly creative in musical pursuits, artistic pursuits, programming pursuits, and while he enjoyed his job, felt a bit limited.

We went through the V.O.I.C.E.  Program and coaching over a number of months, and out of it, Zach decided he wanted to develop a full course and workshop on creativity. We worked that course out, and he has since developed and delivered the course, three times for a number of participants who raved over the material and experience.

Zach went on to write his own book on the creativity process, and is in pursuit of three different ventures and product development, and more excited and engaged in life. than he's ever been.

I’ve had people double their income within months of completing the course, learn how to change careers, start new businesses, end abusive relationships, start new side ventures, and have repeatedly heard, “This book/course has changed my life!”

“The course is based on my work with Dr. Stephen Covey, Daniel Goleman, and my 25 years of successfully coaching people to amazing new heights and success. It has also helped me start 4 new companies, serve as CEO in a number of ventures (including a public company) travel to 68 countries, live internationally for 6 years, raise 5 successful children, and sing professional opera on global stages with people like Placido Domingo, Josh Groban, and more”. Said Brian.

The V.O.I.C.E. program What does V.O.I.C.E stand for?

The V.O.I.C.E. Program is designed to help someone know themselves and uncover their purpose, create clarity in their direction, and develop a fulfilling life that is unique to what they desire and not their parents, societal expectations, or else wise. It is here to help you discover and develop your unique Voice or purpose. V.O.I.C.E. is someone’s purpose, direction, and Contribution to life.

It is an acronym for:

V: Values & Vision

This is uncovering what makes a person unique. We all have different values that are unique to us in a unique combination. If all of us were soup, what ingredients would make us unique in the recipe: chicken noodle soup is very different from cream of broccoli soup, and likewise we humans are all the same, yet vastly different. Values are personal attributes we want more reflected in our lives and cause our life to be painful if they are not actively reflected in our work, hobbies, relationships, etc. They are (for example): leadership, passion, connection, boldness, risk-taking, creativity, beauty, growth, mastery, love, respect, creativity, adventure, and more. I help people narrow down to their 12 key values through exercises. I have a list of about 50 values people use as a base to review. Vision is simply designing a life that reflects your values over the long term. Vision is different than dreams or goals and we develop your visions. This first section is an extremely powerful beginning!

O: Opportunities

Opportunities are like waves that continuously come at us. We are all like surfers who must decide what opportunities to go after and ride. The best opportunities are those that reflect and feed your values. So, for instance, one of my values is Boldness. I often dress boldly. I have my style, I have 25 custom business shirts, and only 1 is white. I sing opera. I’ve owned 7 motorcycles and I don’t like to hide in a corner. My opportunities are risky and bold, or I get bored. I seldom go backward

I: Inspiration

Inspiration means to breathe in (inspire). It is very unique to each of us, and this section helps people learn what inspires them and how they can be inspiring to others. Inspiration is key because we all want to be inspired often in our lives but aren’t always clear how or what to do to gain this inspiration….this clarifies it for people. Inspiration is not enthusiasm (or jumping around). You can be inspired by the peaceful actions of Gandhi, the fiery speeches of Martin Luther King, Jr., the acts of service of Mother Theresa, or the music of Queen….all very different, all very inspiring.

C: Chiaroscuro

Chiaroscuro is an artistic term for balance between your Head (logic) and Heart (passion). With opera singers, it is the perfect balance between your head voice (that ping to go over the orchestra) and your chest voice (the power to be heard in the back of a 5,000-person stadium with no microphones). In my course, I use it to describe the necessity of making decisions with a perfect balance between your head and logic or heart and passion. If you ignore either, you will suffer. Follow your passion with no research…and go broke. Go after a logical business to make money and be devoid of joy from 8-5 pm. Life demands both head and heart.

E: Engagement

Engagement is both a goal and a barometer. Are you making things happen, watching things happen, or having no idea what happened in your life? Engagement is being confident you are actively playing on your life stage in every area to develop a genuinely fulfilling life and reinvent yourself in all major categories: Money, Career, Friends & Family, Significant Other, Fun/Recreation, Personal Environment, Spirituality, Personal Growth, and Health. Ignore living your values in any area, and watch out.

This course and book will change your life, learn how to change careers, create amazing success, and help you build a fulfilling life of adventure and passion. Guaranteed.
